  • ►  Switches • Flow Switches

    For: Entry

Flow switches, also called vane switches are mechanical switches that can be switched on or off in response to flow of fluid or air.

Rheotherm flow switches by Intek provide switch protection in all types of liquids or gases, and are capable of monitoring various flow switch applications, from extremely low flow process additives to loss of flow protection in large water or air lines. These flow switches, which have no moving parts, are offered in four models. The general purpose 100CS is the lowest cost industrial option and comes with one SPDT relay; the 100FS, for hazardous locations, has one SPDT relay with an option for a second relay for high and low set points; the Model 400 has an insertion probe with MNPT fitting, and is meant for hazardous settings; and the 500 provides an in-line design with  one N.O. relay rated at 0.5 A at 200 Vdc max and choice of 0.0625" or 0.125" O.D. flow tube connections.

  • ►  Sensors • Flow Sensors • Airflow Sensors

    For: Entry

An airflow sensor measures the actual speed of the air flowing through a tube in a defined time segment.

Intek provides Rheotherm flow sensing probes for air ducts. Outputs can be in mass, standard volume or velocity units.  Options for intrinsically safe/explosion-proof units are available. These airflow sensors offer flow velocity limits of 5-25,000 SFPM (0.025-127 meter/sec).

  • ►  Switches • Flow Switches • Inline Flow Switches

    For: Entry

Intek, Inc. Rheotherm Flow Switches for all types of liquid or gas services. Switches allow maximum pressures up to 10,000 PSI, temperature allowances of up to 500°F, and a maximum input power of 24 VDC/220 VAC. Process connection types include: sanitary, flange, NPT, tube stub, and 1" NPT. Sizes range from C to 3/4.

  • ►  Switches • Flow Switches • Insertion Flow Switches

    For: Entry

Intek, Inc. offers Rheotherm flow switches. Switches have sizes ranging from C to 1", maximum pressures up to 10,000 PSI, temperatures up to 500°F, and an input power range from 120 to 220 VAC. Switches are constructed from titanium, tantalum, and a variety of stainless steel materials. Process connection types include: sanitary, NPT, flanges, tube stubs, etc.

  • ►  Meters • Flow Meters

    For: Entry

Flow meters are devices generally used to measure the flow rate of fluids or gases through a conduit.

Intek, Inc. offers liquid low flow meters, gas low flow meters, and air/gas duct flow meters. Liquid low flow meters have pressure ratings ranging from 500 to 10,000 PSI, +/-1% accuracy ratings, GPM ratings up to 20, and a maximum operational temperature to 350°F. Gas low flow meters feature turn-down ratios ranging from 10:1 to 100:1, and they come in standard sizes ranging from C to 1. Air/gas flow meters fit 1" and larger pipes, they have flow velocity limits ranging from 5 to 25,000 SFPM, and operational temperature ranges from 175 to 500°F.

  • ►  Meters • Low Flow Flow Meters

    For: Entry

Low flow flow meters measure a wide range of liquids with low flow rates, including: pastes, thick oils, liquified gases, diesel oil, light fuel oil, etc.

Intek, Inc. offers low flow liquid and gas flowmeters for the following applications: semiconductor, beverage, food, nuclear, paper, pulp, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, etc. Low flow liquid flowmeters can handle temperature ranges from 140 to 350°F, pressure ranges from 500 to 10,000 PSI, and flow rates from 1.3E to 20 GPM. These flowmeters feature turn-down ratio ranges from 10:1 to 200:1, +/-0.5% repeatability ratings, +/-1% accuracy ratings, and tube stub process connections.

  • ►  Sensors • Flow Sensors • Gas Flow Sensors

    For: Entry

Intek, Inc. offers Model 210 flow meters for a wide range of applications, including: hazardous environments, homogeneous slurries, low flows, gas mass flow rates starting at 5 SFPM, etc. These flow meters have +/-1% accuracy ratings, 1 second response times, and 1/16" OD (or larger) line sizes. They are cFM/FM approved, CE marked, low maintenance, and integrally mounted.
