  • Dymax Corp.

Dymax produces UV cured form-in-place and cure-in-place gaskets, even to 1/4" thick beads. These FIP/CIP products eliminate the usual processes for traditional curing, and are silicone and solvent free.

  • 3M Electrical Markets Division

3M produces form-in-place gaskets in an epoxy based resin for sealing hard disk drive covers. This makes them suitable for critical environments. Products are available in three styles up to 60 Shore A hardness.

  • Western Rubber & Supply

WRS offers form-in-place (FIP) gaskets for the aerospace, high technology, military, medical and industrial industries. WRS uses CNC robots to produce these products, offering considerable cost savings over die-cut types.

  • State Seal Co.

State Seal Company offers formed-in-place gaskets from Chomerics and Parker Seals for precise positioning of conductive elastomer EMI/RFI shielding in conformable cross-sections. Materials available include knitted wire over foam, conductive yarn over foam, fabric wrapped foam, and foil/fabric and conductive fabric over foam.

  • Laird Technologies

Laird Technologies manufactures gaskets with form-in-place (FIP) compounds, for EMI shielding, that can be dispensed onto conductive plated, painted or metallic surfaces. Typical applications include electronic enclosures.

  • Parker Hannifin Corp.

Parker offers form-in-place conductive elastomer gaskets on plastic or metal housings. Beads can be applied in three full axes on flanges as narrow as .030 inch (0.76 mm), providing 75 dB attenuation from 200 MHz to 10 GHz.
