Filter by state

  • Gaskets, Inc.

Gaskets, Inc. are manufacturers of high temperature gasket materials and tape. Other products include high temperature Tadpole seals, ropes and extruded silicone seals.

  • Vanguard Products Corp.

Vanguard manufactures high temperature silicone gaskets and seals in their ISO 9001:2008 Certified facility. Food grade, medical grade, MIL spec, and industrial grade closed cell sponge, high temperature, silicone gaskets are available with a Shore A durometer rating of 5-90.

  • The Flexitallic Group

Flexitallic manufactures Thermiculite, a high temperature gasket material rated up to 1800 F that has passed the API 607 fire test. High temperature gaskets made of Thermiculite can replace aramid, glass and carbon fiber, PTFE, and graphite gaskets in a number of industrial applications.

  • Garlock Sealing Technologies

Garlock offers metallic high temperature gaskets. Their 600 Series are machined, cut or corrugated from all-metal sheets. Flexseal spiral wound high temperature gaskets are made by winding alternating strips of metal and soft filler material. Their Graphonic gaskets are corrugated metal core encapsulated by soft sealing elements.

  • Mercer Gasket & Shim

Mercer Gasket & Shim are manufacturers of high temperature gaskets made out of rubber/PVC, Teflon, carbon and graphite, metals, and non-asbestos materials.

  • Tricomp, Inc.

Tricomp offers extruded silicone rubber high temperature gaskets and seals with a temperature range from -178 F to +550 F. Tricomp standard high temperature silicone extrusions include "P" and "E" profiles, "U" channels, steel core clip-on seals, "D" sections, and solid and sponge cords, squares, rectangles, ribbed sections and hollow "teardrops."

  • Stockwell Elastomerics, Inc.

Stockwell Elastomerics manufactures custom high temperature gaskets from various high temperature gasket materials, a few of which are readily available with operating temperatures in the 400 – 500 F (204 – 260 C) range with intermittent temperatures up to 600 F (333 C).

  • Beacon Gasket & Seals Co.

Beacon represents manufacturers of Graphonic metallic gaskets that combine a corrugated metal core with a compressible sealing element of various materials. These high temperature gaskets offer a range from -400 F to +850 F. Beacon also offers Tephonic gaskets with an ePTFE sealing element, and G.E.T. gaskets with a graphite and ePTFE sealing element. The temperature range for both is -350 F to 500 F.

  • Metex Corporation Ltd

Metex are manufacturers of knitted wire mesh high temperature gaskets and seals designed for harsh environments. For extreme environments, the most frequently used material is stainless steel wire. But aluminum, copper and special alloys can also be used.

  • Breton Industries

Breton high temperature non-asbestos tadpole gasket tapes are made of treated cover materials wrapped over a resilient core material to form a "bulb" and "tail" configuration. High temperature Tadpole gaskets are designed for sealing flanges with limited bolt force, warped or uneven mating surfaces, or joints where flat tapes cannot do the job.

  • Flextech Engineering, Inc.

Flextech Engineering offers high temperature gaskets for a wide range of applications. Tadpole and Hat-Seal gaskets are rated up to 2000 F. High temperature tape is used in marine, industrial, automotive, aerospace and welding applications. Materials used include neoprene, hypalon and silicone.

  • Slade, Inc.

Slade manufactures all of its own graphite yarns. Their Pyro-Tex woven gasket sheet is ready to be cut for use in severe environments. This is high temperature gasket material for temperatures up to 1000 F/540 C. For higher temperatures, consult the factory. Pressures up to 4500 psi/310 bar are available.

  • McNeil, Inc.

McNeil specializes in refractory supplies and service. They offer high temperature gaskets that are die cut, hand cut and slit, made from asbestos free, non metallic material designed for temperatures up to 3000 F.

  • North American Seal & Supply, Inc.

NASS are manufacturers of high temperature gaskets, including die cut, molded and extruded, teflon envelope, spiral wound, S.I.R., and other types. High temperature materials used include fiberglass, ceramic fiber, Nextel, Pyron and Zetex materials, non-asbestos comressed sheet, and many others.
