Product configurations include: silica cloth covered, inconel stocking over ceramic covered, Type 1 & 2 inconel stocking over ceramic covered, and ceramic covered. Type 1 inconel stocking over ceramic covered tadpole seals have profile types ranging from 1 to 8, ceramic cores, cover material temperatures up to 1800°F, and core material temperatures up to 2000°F. They have applications for burners, expansion joints, ducting, panel joints, covers, and damper blades.

    CeramTec North America Corp. offers mechanical seal ceramics for plant and appliance applications. These seals feature low heat expansion coefficients, outstanding thermal conductivity, a leakproof design, and ceramic to ceramic mating options. They provide temperature stability, thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.

    MarkeTech International offers finished ceramic parts in a complete range of materials, including: silicon carbide, silicon nitride, tungsten carbide, aluminum nitride, magnesia, sapphire, zirconia, and alumina. These parts have applications for thermal, electronic, wear resistant, and mechanical applications. Aluminum nitride ceramic substrates have a thermal conductivity of 170 W/Mk and thicknesses up to 100 mm.

Model TTZ Zirconia seals have maximum tensile strengths of 410 MPa, maximum hardness strengths of 77 GPa, and temperature allowances of up to 500°C.
