The multi-use dual flange design can accomodate  both 150# and 300# flanges. Garlock also offers Flexseal HH for boiler handhole/tubecap assemblies, Flexseal heat shielded gaskets rated to 1250F, Flexseal Lo-Load gaskets low bolt loads and Flexseal RW for general purpose, raised face flanges up to Class 2500.

Garlock Flexseal spiral wound gaskets are suitable for applications such as standard flanges, heat exchange, boiler handholes, manholes and high temperature/high pressure use.

  • Pioneer Rubber & Gasket

Pioneer's spiral wound gaskets provide additional radial strength for use with both flat- and raised-face flanges up to class 2500. Pioneer spiral gaskets are designed to suit ASME B16.5 flanges. In addition to the 150# CG, Pioneer also offers a 300# CG style spiral gaskets.

  • The Flexitallic Group

Flexitallic spiral wound gaskets are designed for boiler handholes, flanged joints, heat exchangers, manholes and a variety of other high-pressure/high-temperature applications, for resistance from corrosive and toxic elements. Flexitallic offers CG models for general use, Thermiculite 835 spiral-wound for cryogenics up to 1800F, CGI for flat-face high pressure corrosive/toxic liquid, LS/LSI for Class 150/300 use for low-bolt seating, and M/MC/MCS for boiler manhole cover setups in round/oblong/oval shapes.

  • Mercer Gasket & Shim

Mercer spiral gaskets are designed for heat exchangers, boilers, flanged-joint and other high-pressure use. Inner steel rings protect the windings and fillers from contamination or corrosion. Winding strip metals include stainless steel, monel, nickel, hastelloy and titanium. Filler materials are treated asbestos and non-asbestos fiber, PTFE, graphite, ceramic and aluminum. Guide ring materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, incoloy, titanium and inconel.

  • offers spiral wound gaskets for both flat & raised face flanges. They offer elliptical gaskets sized from 2-3/4" x 3-1/2" x 3/8" to 12" x 16" x 1-1/4" and obround gaskets sized from 2-3/4" x 3-1/2" x 3/8" to 3-1/2 x 4-1/2" x 9/16".

  • Lonestar Fasteners, Inc.

Lonestar spiral gaskets can be constructed from a variety of alloys and filler materials, and are available in a range of shapes and sizes. Spiral S Series features a sealing element and are designed for tongue and groove use, and are reinforced with multiple layers of metal winding with a filler for an extra seal and reinforced with several more metal layers for added stability. Spiral SI Series is identical to the S, except it features a solid inner ring to protect against overcompression and is designed for turbulent use where flange faces may be eroded. Other models are available.

  • Sealing Devices Inc.

Sealing Devices Inc. is a distributor of Flexitallic spiral wound gaskets for boiler handholes, flanged joints, heat exchangers, manholes and a variety of other high-pressure/high-temperature applications that need resistance from corrosive and toxic elements.

  • EPM, Inc.

EPM offers spiral wound gaskets in standard and dual-wound styles for inner and outer sealing, in sizes from 1/2" to 24". Available flange facings are raised face, flat face, male/female face and tongue-and-groove face.
