  • Performance Motion Devices (PMD)

Performance Motion Devices's Prodigy/CME Stand-Alone Motion Cards provide machine designers the capability to download and run motion programs directly on Prodigy cards. They communicate via 16-bit parallel, Ethernet, serial, and CANbus. PMD’s Stand-Alone Motion Cards offer high-performance motion control for scientific, automation, industrial, and robotic applications. These motion control cards support multiple motor types, including DC brush, brushless DC, microstepping, and step motors. Prodigy/CME Stand-Alone cards are available in 1, 2, 3, and 4-axis versions.

  • Saelig

Saelig's motion control board for DC motors (with brushes) uses communication protocol (Ethernet: TCP/IP-HTTP) giving it an easy interfacing. The board is compatible with the POE-IEEE 802.3af norm allowing its power supply through the Ethernet cable. The PID controller (32 bits) may be used to manage a motor from 1 to 70[W] (continuous) with a regulation loop time up to 500[us]. The regulators implemented are position and speed PID with a trapezoid trajectory.

  • HF Technology Sdn Bhd

HF Technology offers PC-based industrial automation control and measurement solutions. Products include 2-axis stepper and servo motion controller cards that feature 2-axis linear interpolation, Trapezoidal and S-curve velocity profiles, and Pulse output options: OUT/DIR, CW/CCW.

Optimal Engineering Systems, Inc. (OES) is a manufacturer of motion control products. The company's product line includes motion control systems, drive electronics, modules and controller cards. Offers Stepper Motor Control Cards, Motion Controller and Motor Driver Cards, and Integrated Motion Controller and Motor Drivers.

  • JS Automation Corp. (JAC)

Provides 4-axis motion control cards for servo/stepping motor control. Applications for Precision positioning control, X-Y table control, Robotics control, Precision speed control, and others.

  • Siemens

Siemens manufactures motion control cards for feed-drive axes in permanently energized synchronous motor technology, for feed-drive axes with hydraulic linear drives, and for main spindle drive axes in 1PH asynchronous or in permanently energized 1FE1 synchronous motor technology.

  • servo Halbeck

Provider of The POSYS® 3004, a PC/104 form factor board dedicated to high performance motion control applications with extensive interpolation functionality. The POSYS® 3004 is designed to control up to 4 axes of servo and stepper motors and provides hardware linear, circular, Bit Pattern and continuous interpolationmost complex motion profiles. Update rates per axis do not exist as each axis runs in absolute real-time mode simultaneously which makes these boards to one of the best performing motion controllers for up to 4 axes in the market.

  • PI (Physik Instrumente) L.P.

MICOS offers a motion control card which has been optimized for unprecedented versatility, ease of use and affordability. To provide the user with the ultimate in flexibility, all motion control and I/O processing is performed on-board. Since DC2 pc cards do not rely on a PC for any processing functions, they deliver the same level of performance in Stand-Alone applications as they do when installed in a PC.
