    Allied Motion Technologies, Inc. offers: torque motors, gearmotors, PMDC motors, and high torque servomotors for a variety of motion control applications. Torque motors come in two configurations: frameless and housed brushless torque. Frameless sizes range from 17.3 mm through 792 mm. Housed motors are available with housing diameter of up to 355 mm. Allied Motion gearmotors come in two configurations: right-angle shaft and parallel shaft. Right-angle shaft motors have a maximum rated torque of 155 lb-in, and a maximum rated speed of 170 RPM. Parallel shaft motors have a maximum rated torque of 175 lb-in, and a maximum rated speed of 255 RPM. PMDC motors come in a variety of diameters, including: 2", 2.5", 3", and 4". Maximum speed is 6200 RPM, and the maximum rated torque is 1-2 lb-in. Servo motors come in two configurations: quantum frameless and quantum NEMA series brushless. Servo motors have a maximum continuous stall torque of 10.40 ft-lb.

  • Micromo

    Micromo offers stepper, piezoelectric, linear, DC gearmotors, DC coreless, and DC brushless motors. Stepper motors have a speed range up to 16,000 RPM, and a holding torque of 0.280 to 37.000 mNm. Stepper motors are compatible with MICROMO precision gearheads and linear actuators. Piezoelectric motors come in three forms: Piezo Legs linear motor, PiezoWave motor, and Piezo Legs rotational motor. Piezoelectric motors are available with a maximum velocity of 150mm/s. Linear motors are offered with a maximum speed of 3.2 RPM, and a maximum precision of 700. DC gearmotors come in three configurations: flat coreless, flat brushless, and ø3mm sensorless brushless. DC gearmotors come with either a plastic spur gearhead or a plastic, planetary gearhead. Coreless DC motors are offered in three configurations: coreless DC motors, flat coreless DC motors, and high power PMDC motors. These motors come in speeds of up to 13000 RPM, and a maximum continuous torque of 110 mNm. Brushless DC motors come in a variety of configurations, including: brushless DC servomotors, DC servomotors 4-pole, DC motors with integrated electronics, flat brushless DC motors, DC sensorless motors, and DC servomotors with integrated controllers.

  • Anaheim Automation

    Anaheim Automation offers stepper, brushless DC, brush DC, and AC motor products. Stepper products come in a variety of configurations, including: stepper motors, gearmotors, linear actuators, motors with integrated drivers/controllers, drivers, controllers/indexers, drivers with controllers, etc. Stepper products range from the smallest 08Y series with 2.5 oz-in of torque, to the largest 42K series, with up to 5,700 oz-in of torque. Brushless DC products come in a variety of configurations, including: brushless motors, gearmotors, motors with integrated controllers, and drivers/controllers. Brushless motors range from 0.02 to 2,200 watts, have torques from 0.7 to 900 oz-in, and are available in size NEMA 03 to 48. Brush DC products come in DC motor, DC gearmotor, and DC driver/controller configurations. DC motors have a torque range of 0.3 to 576 oz-in. AC products come in motor, gearbox, and driver/controller configurations. The AC motor line can provide torque from 5 to 1,700 oz-in, and sizing ranges from 50mm to 150mm.

  • Kollmorgen Corp.

    Kollmorgen offers synchronous motors, stepper motors, rotary servomotors, direct drive rotary motors, and direct drive linear motors. Synchronous motors range in size from NEMA 23 to 66, and have a maximum torque rating of 1500 oz-in. Stepper motors come in a variety of configurations, including: CT series, Powermax M&P, Powerpac K&N, T series, KM series, and MX series. Stepper motors have sizing options of up to NEMA 42, and a maximum torque rating of 4360 oz-in. Rotary servomotors have a high speed capability of up to 8,000 RPM for standard designs and up to 70,000 RPM for special designs. Rotary servomotor types include: AC synchronous, brushless DC & AC, AKM gearmotors, BMS/BM motors, BH series high voltage, explosion proof motor, S series submersible, and DBL/DBK series. Direct drive rotary motors come in C&CH cartridge, housed D&DH, and frameless motor configurations. The frameless motor configuration has a maximum rated power of up to 26.9 HP. Direct drive linear motors come in IC, ICD, and IL series configurations.

    McFarland Associates offers universal AC, stepper, servo, and limited angle torque motors. Universal AC motors are available in speeds of up to 26,000 RPM, and have a maximum rated torque 9.7 oz/in. Stepper motors come in 2 and 5-phase configurations. 2-phase motors have a high torque output that is 1.3 times as high as conventional products. Servo motors come in brush and brushless configurations. The brush product line has speeds and torque stability up to 6500 RPM. Limited torque motors come in a wide variety of configurations, and can provide angular excursions up to 180°.

  • RAE Corporation

    RAE Corporation offers motion control gear and DC motors. Gear motors come in right angle, parallel shaft, and planetary configurations. Gear motors feature an all metal construction, a maximum speed of 1000 RPM, and a maximum shaft diameter of 0.750". Permanent Magnet DC motors have a maximum speed of 5000 RPM, a maximum shaft diameter of 0.500", and a maximum standard pilot diameter of 2.105".

  • Moog, Inc.

    Moog, Inc. offers servomotors, linear motors, brushless motors, and brush motors. Servomotors come in four configurations: compact dynamic brushless, maximum dynamic brushless, explosion proof dynamic brushless, and specialized servomotors for wind turbine pitch control. Servomotors are available with a maximum peak torque of 8850.8 lb-in, and a maximum rated speed of 2200 RPM. Linear motors have 1180 lb of peak force, 40 G acceleration, and a 7.20" maximum diameter over standard cooling fins. Brushless motors come in a variety of configurations, including: brushless torque, gearmotors, limited rotation, linear, optical encoders, outside brushless DC, Silencer Series®, and toroidally wound brushless motors. Brush motor configurations include: Avionics brush DC, brush torque, cube torque brush, gearmotor, miniature high torque DC, optical encoders, and permanent magnet DC servomotors.

  • Nippon Pulse America

    Nippon Pulse America offers: synchronous, rotary hybrid stepper, linear stepper, linear shaft, and "Tin Can" stepper motors. Nippon Pulse's synchronous motors have a maximum torque at 60 Hz of 1000 mNm, and a maximum rotor diameter of 60 mm (with gearhead). Rotary hybrid stepper motors range in NEMA size from 8 to 23, and have step angles of 0.9 or 1.8 degrees. Linear stepper motor products are offered in diameters of 25 and 35mm, and offered with three thread pitches on the lead screw: 0.48, 0.96, and 1.2mm. Linear shaft motors have diameters up to 60.5mm, an achievable peak force of 2340N, and a maximum continuous force of 585N. "Tin Can" motors have have a maximum holding torque of 180mNm, and a maximum motor diameter of 55mm.

    Baldor offers motion control DC and AC motors. DC motors have an integrated microstepping drive, a high torque stepper motor, and come in three frame sizes: NEMA 17, 23, and 34. Torque values range from 22.6 N-cm to 749 N-cm. AC motors come in both NEMA and IEC frame sizes. AC motors are available with up to 15,000 Hp.

  • Servo Systems Inc

    Servo Systems, Inc. offers: IOS stepping, intelligent stepping, hybrid stepping, brushless servo, and brush servo motors. IOS stepping motors come in sizes ranging from 17 to 42, and have a holding torque range of 32 to 375 oz-in. Intelligent stepping motors come in four configurations: full/half step, microstepping, speed control, and motion control. The sizing ranges from 14 to 34, and the maximum holding torque offered is 1061 oz-in. Hybrid stepping products range in size from 14 to 42, and a holding torque of up to 2100 oz-in. Brushless servo motors range in frame size from 2.0" to 7.5", a maximum peak stall torque of 1200 lb-in, and up to 13.1 HP at maximum speed. Brush servo motors range in frame size from 2.3" to 6.0", a maximum peak stall torque of 375 lb-in, and can get up to 3.57 HP at maximum speed.

    Arc Systems, Inc. offers: instrument stepper, hystersis synchronous, brushless DC, AC servo, and AC induction motors. Instrument stepper motors are available in frame sizes ranging from 8 to 34, and have a maximum response of 700 Hz. Hystersis synchronous motors range in size from 8 to 44, and range in synchronous speed from 600 to 12,000 RPM. Hystersis motors have a maximum pull-in torque of 80.000 in-oz. Brushless DC motors have motor sizes up to 4.40, a maximum shaft speed of 21,000 RPM, and a maximum torque constant of 390.00 oz-in. AC servo motors range in size from 8 to 23, and are available in 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 pole designs. The maximum no. load speed is 7,500/12,000 RPM, and the maximum stall torque is 3.10 in-oz. AC induction motors have a maximum speed of 22,000 RPM, and a maximum torque of 2,200 oz-in.

  • H2W Technologies, Inc.

    H2W Technologies, Inc. offers: single axis linear stepper, limited angle torque, dual axis linear stepper, DC linear brushless, DC linear brush, and AC linear induction motors. Single axis linear steppers can be used at speeds of up to 90 in/sec, and range in peak force from 2.6 to 65 lbs. Limited angle torque motors have outside diameters ranging from 1" to 5.54". Limited angle torque motors can get up to 875 oz-in of continuous torque, and 2625 oz-in of peak torque. Dual axis linear stepper motors have a maximum peak force of 39 lbs, and a maximum force constant of 30 lbs. DC linear brushless motors can be used at speeds of up to 240 in/sec, and have a peak force ranging from 15 to 1600 lbs. DC linear brush motors can be used at speeds of up to 100 in/sec, and as low as 1 in/sec. Continuous force ranges from 4 to 69 lbs, and peak force ranges from 12 to 207 lbs. AC linear induction motors are capable of speeds up to 1800 in-sec, and are typically used in applications where accurate positioning is not required.

    Allen-Bradley offers servo and rotary motion control motors. Servo motors come in two configurations: rotary and linear motors. Some servo motors allow speeds of up to 4500 RPM, and a continuous torque of up to 3770 lb-in. Rotary motors come in a variety of configurations, including: F-Series ferrite magnet, MP-series high-performance, RDD-series direct drive, TL-series compact, and HPK-series high-power. HPK-series high-power motors have a maximum base speed of 3000 RPM, and a maximum continuous stall torque of 8445 lb-in.

  • Parker Hannifin Corporation

    Parker Motion Control Systems offers rotary and linear servomotors for motion control applications. Rotary motor types include: slotless, bridged stator, segmented lamination, in-line, brushless DC motors with planetary gears, right angle, right angle thru bore, right angle double shaft, conventional, etc. Frame sizing ranges from 32 to 254 mm. Linear motor types include: ironcore, ironless, mature/retired, slotless, metric ironless, table, miniature stage, Cartesian robot modules, etc. Peak force ranges from 36 to 3811 N.

  • Aerotech, Inc.

    Aerotech, Inc. offers rotary motors and linear servomotors for motion control applications. Rotary motors come in BM brushless, BMS brushless/slotless, S series brushless/frameless torque, 1000 series DC servomotor, and SM series stepper motor configurations. The maximum continuous torque is 29.09 N-m, the maximum peak torque is 116.37 N-m, and the maximum rated speed is 8000 RPM. Linear servomotors come in BLMUC brushless, BLMC brushless, BLM brushless, BLMH brushless, BLMX brushless, BLMF, and BLMF S5 configurations. Peak force ranges from 75 to 4252 N.

  • Oriental Motor U.S.A. Corp.

    Oriental Motor U.S.A. Corp. offers stepping motors, brushless motors, AC motors and gear motors for motion control applications. Motors come in a variety of configurations, including: round shaft, taper hobbed gear, planetary gear, harmonic gear, terminal box, induction, electromagnetic, torque, reversible, hollow shaft flat gearhead, parallel shaft gearhead, etc. Stepping motor rame sizes range from 0.79" to 3.54", and maximum holding torque ratings range from 2.8 oz-in to 320 lb-in. Brushless motor frame sizes range from 2.36" to 4.33", and the rated torque ranges from 7.1 oz-in to 260 lb-in. AC motors and gear motors have a rated torques ranging from 1.13 oz-in to 530 lb-in, and rated speeds up to 3200 r/min.

    National Instruments Corp. offers motion control stepper motors and brushless servomotors. Stepper motors offer high torque, precision, and easy connectivity to stepper motor drives. Sizing options include: NEMA size 17, 23, and 34. Stepper motors get up to 1710 oz-in. in holding torque, and a 1.8 degree resolution. Brushless servomotors provide superior dynamic performance, a wide variety of frame sizes, and several speed/torque ranges.

  • Detector Technology Inc

    Detector Technology, Inc. offers hybrid rotary and linear stepper motors for motion control applications. Hybrid rotary stepper motors range in size from 8 to 42, and are available in a wide range of speed and torque outputs. All motors can be customized for application specific needs, such as shaft configuration, motor voltage, and stack length. Linear stepper motors range in size from 8 to 34, and have lead-screw diameters ranging from 0.138" to 0.625". External and non-captive linear actuator types are available.

  • Siemens

    Siemens offers torque and linear direct drive motors. Torque motors have a maximum torque of 8040 lb-ft, a maximum rated power of 510 hp, and a maximum rated speed of 800 rpm. Linear direct drive motors have an maximum overload capability of 2,5 x FN, a maximum speed of up to 2795 ft/min, and a maximum force of 1890 N.

  • Automation Direct

    Automation Direct offers SureStep stepper motors. Motors are 2-phase bipolar, 4-lead, and CE complaint. Motors come in standard NEMA sizes 17, 23, and 34. Motors achieve 1.8° per step, and 200 steps per revolution. Maximum holding torque ranges from 3.84 lb-in to 80.7 lb-in.
