    IPTS produces single reduction, double reduction, and Blue Line worm gear speed reducers. Single reduction designs feature ratios from 5:1 to 100:1 and are made with a cast bronze worm wheel. Double reduction designs are offered as their "I" line consisting of nine models. The "Blue Line" features a compact, all aluminum design.

    Cleveland offers a variety of worm gear speed reducers. Their fan-cooled heavy duty helical type features double reduction from 32:1 to 394:1, up to 58 hp and up to 145,000 in-lbs output torque. Heavy duty triple designs offer multiple reduction from 15,000:1 to 220,000:1, over 50 hp and over 300,000 in-lbs output torque.

    Automation Direct are suppliers of Iron Horse worm gear speed reducers in dual, right hand, and hollow shaft configurations. Four frame sizes are available, including 1.75", 2.06", 2.37", and 2.62". Ratios offered include 5:1, 10:1, 15:1, 20:1, 40:1, and 60:1.

    Torque Transmission offers two models of worm gear speed reducers. The SW-1S features a 1/2" O.D. solid output shaft with ratios from 3.5:1 to 60:1. The SW-1H model offers a 5/8" hollow shaft I.D., a 5/16" O.D. input shaft, and ratios from 3.5:1 to 60:1.

    Superior offers worm gear speed reducers and low input designs as well. Low input types come in five series', while their standard designs come in the Variodrive and Dimension 3000 models.

    Cone Drive is a producer of worm gear speed reducers. They offer the Model HP with output torque of up to 500,000 (56,500 Nm) and gear ratios up to 343,000:1 in triple reduction. The Series B right angle worm gear offers power capabilities up to 20 HP and output torque of 5,000 lb in.
