  • Micropump, Inc. (A Unit of IDEX)

    Low flow pumps manufactured by Micropump Inc. include centrifugal pumps, ten series of external gear pumps, micro-annular gear pumps, and valveless piston pumps. The centrifugal pumps are available with a flow rate ranging from 1.5 L/min to 27 L/min and with maximum differential pressure of 20 psi. The external gear pumps have flow rates from 8.5 mL/min to 42.9L/min, and the micro-annular gear pumps are available with flow rates from 0.003 mL/min to 1152 mL/min. Designed for highly viscous fluids, the valveless piston pumps feature flow rates of 5 mL/min to 940 mL/min and maximum differential pressure of 100 psi.

  • Cole-Parmer

    Cole-Parmer distributes a line of Micropump-brand low flow pumps including cavity-style, compact low-flow pump heads; micro-annular gear pumps; miniature gear pumps; and pressure-loaded, compact low-flow pump heads. The cavity style pumps have a maximum flow rate of 15.80 L/min, while the micro-annular pumps have maximum flow rates ranging from 9 ml/min to 288 ml/min. The miniature gear pumps are available with maximum flow of 0.267 to 0.67 GPM, with the pressure-loaded pumps featuring maximum flow of 0.085 to 0.460 L/min.

  • Sundyne Corp.

    Sundyne Corp. designs and manufactures a line of low flow pumps that include magnetic drive centrifugal pumps, direct drive centrifugal pumps, and gear driven centrifugal pumps. The magnetic drive pumps are ideal for low flow corrosive or acidic applications within the chemical, specialty chemical, and steel industries; and feature flows of 1 to 40 GPM. The direct drive pumps are available in three models and feature flow to 10 to 380 GPM or 10 to 150 GPM. These pumps are used for general service pumping in the HPI, CPI, gas and specialty processing industries. Designed for general industry and non-API services, the gear driven pumps feature heads to 1,300 feet and flows from 0 to 33 GPM.

  • Chempump, Div. of Teikoku USA, Inc.

    Chempump's line of low flow pumps are used in peripheral regenerative turbine, multi-stage centrifugal, radial vane centrifugal, and variable speed drive applications.

  • Sulzer Ltd

    Sulzer's low flow, single-stage process pumps are used in heavy-duty refinery, petrochemical plant, and offshore applications. The pumps feature pressures of up to 51 bar/740 psi and operating temperature of -40F to 800F.

  • Fluid Metering, Inc.

    Fluid Metering Inc.'s STH model low flow pump is used for medical, analytical and OEM instrument applications. Featuring precision of better than 0.5 percent, the pumps are available with maximum dispensing ranges of 0-25 ul, 0-50 ul, or 0-100 ul.

  • Sero Pumpsystems, Inc.

    SERO Pumpsystems Inc. manufactures multi-stage low-flow sealless pumps and multi-stage low-flow radially-split pumps for industrial services. The sealless pumps are magnetically coupled and have the ability to pump process fluids with entrained gas. The radially-split pumps can pump vapor-laden (up to 50 percent) process fluids. Both low-flow pump types are self-priming and feature differential pressures developed at 1750 RPM.

  • Flowserve

    Flowserve distributes low flow horizontal process pumps manufactured by IDP. Used in the pulp and paper, water treatment, chemical processing, power generation, oil and gas, primary metal, and mining industries, the pumps feature flow up to 130 GPM. Other pump specifications include heads to 280m, pressures to 1160 psi, and temperatures from -250F to 840F.

    BESST Inc. offers a blatypus pump - a low flow submersible pump that functions similar to a bladder pump. Designed for 20 foot - 3000 foot bgs applications, the pumps are available in 1" and 2" sizes.

    R.S. Corcoran custom designs low flow pumps for food processing plant, paper plant, nuclear facility, snack food manufacturing, shipboard, and remote location applications. The majority of the pumps feature all stainless steel construction, with flow rates including 25 GPM, 12 GPM, 21 GPM, 30 GPM, and 34 GPM.
