Pumps • Peristaltic Pumps

Used for pumping a variety of fluids. These pumps are used to frequently in chemical pumping applications.

A peristaltic pump – also known as a roller pump - is a type of positive displacement pump that’s based on a flexible tube fitted inside a circular pump casing. Fluid is moved through the tube via compressing rollers and never comes in contact with moving parts – eliminating the possibility of cross contamination of fluids.  Because of this peristaltic pumps are used extensively in medical applications including the pumping of IV fluids. They are also commonly used to pump aggressive fluids.
