These RTDs have vertical/swan neck styles, IP67 protection, supply voltages ranging from 10 to 30 VDC, and analog 4-20 output signals. RTD-830 Series bolt-on/cement-on surface RTD sensors feature aluminum housings, a 3-wire copper construction, and 100Ω Class "A" DIN platinum elements. These sensors have maximum temperatures of up to 450°F, 1m PFA insulated cables, 3-pin miniature connectors, and 0.115" diameter mounting holes. Sensors meet both DIN 43760 and IEC751 requirements (excluding model TS1022).

D Series wirewound RTDs have temperature coefficient of resistance up to 0.00392°C, nominal resistances up to 2x100 ohms, and temperature ranges from -200 to +661°C. These RTDs range in length from 4" to 25", and they have OD ranges from 0.9" to 5.0".

CR Series thin film platinum RTDs are handmade, highly temperature resistant, and have temperature ranges from -200 to 500°C. These sensors are manufactured in compliance with IEC, DIN, and JIS standards. DeviceTec RTDs are JIS Q 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:2000 approved.

Platinum RTDs come in the following types: multipoint, surface, averaging, sanitary, vibration resistant, high temperature resistant, spring loaded, and general purpose. These sensors are interchangeable, linear, stable, and manufactured to DIN specification 43760. Sanitary platinum RTDs give precise measurements for sanitary applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries.     Nanmac Corp. offers platinum RTD probes with various termination styles. I6 Series RTD probes feature 100 ohm platinum elements, 2 to 3-wire leads, and stainless steel overbraid options. These sensors are constructed from SS 304 sheath materials and range in diameter from 1/16" to 1/4". They are available with three-pronged plugs and Teflon insulated lead wires.

They provide fast linear responses, excellent stability, and a wide temperature range (up to 3000°F).

    U.S. Sensor Corp. offers thin film platinum RTDs. These RTDs feature glass coated platinum elements, a linear temperature/resistance relationship, and accuracies within ±0.06%. They are capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -50 to +500°C, they have thermal time constants of up to 15 seconds, dissipation constants up to 2 mW/°C, and applied currents up to 1 mA. RTDs are available in various probe configurations, and they are capable of withstanding extreme environmental conditions.
