  • Motion Sensors, Inc.

Motion Sensors offers hall effect zero speed sensors in many configurations, including oriented, non-oriented, quadrature output, switch (omnipolar or bipolar), and intrinsically safe ATEX & CSA types. Products come in many different sensitivities and output types in analog or digital.

  • Sensoronix, Inc.

Sensoronix offers a variety of hall effect zero speed sensors, as well as proximity, linear position and variable reluctance sensor. Zero speed types include digital, quadrature, speed and direction, and D/A converter designs in linear output of 0-10 VDC or 4-20mA.

  • Spectec

Spectec offers hall effect zero speed sensors. Types include magnetic, gear tooth, quadrature, intrinsically safe, and custom builds. These products are designed for industrial applications.

  • Red Lion Controls

Red Lion offers three types of zero speed sensors. Their PSAFP Flat Pack is designed for limited spaces. Their PSAC comes in an inductive design with a stainless steel case, operating from 0-5 KHz pulse output rate. Their PSA model is also inductive and offers various sizes for most any target size.

  • Allied Electronics, Inc.

Allied Electronics offers over two dozen zero speed sensor products from Honeywell, Cherry, Crydom, Telemecanique, and Teledyne Relays. Types include single hall effect, magnetic, digital, geartooth, speed and direction, and many others.

  • Electro-Sensors, Inc.

Electro-Sensors offers a variety of speed switches that sense rotating shaft speed, comparing it to one or more settable over/under/zero speed or reverse rotation alarm trip-points. Output options include relay, 4-20 mA, DeviceNet, and AS-Interface. Other options include single or multiple setpoints; integrated or discrete sensors, explosion proof or enclosure install; AC or DC input power.

  • Instronics

Instronics features hall effect zero speed sensors. These non-contact magnetic products offer standard 4.5 VDC to 24 VDC supply voltage, and target ferrous material, single tooth or slot to 48 D.P. The speed range is 0-15 KHz.

  • Rockwell Automation

Rockwell's Bulletin 808 speed switches offer shaft speeds to 2000 rpm, adjustable ranges from 15-1000 rpm, type 1, 4 & 13, and 7 & 9 enclosures, and normally open or normally closed contacts. Applications include punch presses, pump operation, machine tools, conveyors, and others.

  • Honeywell

Honeywell's speed sensors include electronic and position designs for detecting ferrous or magnetic targets. Types inlcude hall effect, speed and direction, magnetoresistive, and variable reluctance sensors.

  • Mouser Electronics

Mouser offers Honeywell ZH10 Series single hall-effect zero speed sensors. Features include a -40 to +125 C operating temperature range, supply voltage of 4-24 VDC, output voltage of 0.6 V, and maximum output current of 30 mA.

  • Newark

Newark offers Honeywell ZH10 Series hall-effect zero speed sensors in an open chain MOSFET output configuration. These products come with a cylindrical housing and offer switching speeds of 4us.
