    Thomas Products, Ltd. offers side mounted, pancake, and bottle level switches.     Omegan Engineering, Inc. offers a variety of level switches, including: ultrasonic point, tuning fork, solid state RF, optic & leak detection, and buoyancy. LVU-A700 Series solid state liquid level switches have temperatures ranging from -20 to 160°F, an input power range from 6 to 24 VDC, and pressures up to 1000 PSIG. Other product features include: ultrasonic technology, solid state integral electronics, full epoxy-sealing, etc. Other switches offered by Omegan include: relays, dry material switches, horizontal/slide mount, vertical mount float, controllers, etc.

  • Cole-Parmer

    Cole-Parmer offers a variety of liquid level float switches and controllers. Switches accept 120/240 VAC, they operate as normally open or closed, and are hermetically sealed for durability/long life. Other features include: a mount size up to 5/8", a maximum PSI of 300, and an operating temperature range of 40 to 225°F. Switches are constructed from the following materials: CPVC, 316 stainless steel, Buna-N, brass, epoxy, Kynar PVDF, 304 stainless steel, polycarbonate, beryllium, copper, polypropylene, etc.

U002/U003 Ultrasonic level switches have maximum pressures of 1500 psig, process temperatures ranging from -40 to +185°F, and input voltage ranging from 10-35 VDC. L170 Series compact/alloy level switches have pressure ranges from 150 to 1000 PSIG, maximum currents to 120 VAC, and can withstand temperatures to 500°F. L500S Series adjustable suspended level switches have maximum pressures of 150 PSIG and temperatures up to +300°F. Switches are made from brass, Buna-N, PVC, stainless steel, PVC, and Teflon materials.

    BlueLevel Technologies, Inc. offers bin level switches in the following configurations: Model VHS "Fork" style vibrating, Model VHS vibrating element "Rod", high temperature bin level indicators, Model CPH capacitive proximity, and Model RH/RHX rotary bin level indicators. Model RH/RHX rotary bin level indicators can detect the absence and presence of bulk solids ranging in density from 5 to over 100 lbs per cubic ft. Other features include: high intensity LED's, temperature allowances up to 750°F, a four shielded bearing design, and a heavy-duty synchronous drive motor.

  • BinMaster

    BinMaster offers BM-T tilt switches. BM-T switches alert the user when the device tilts at least 15°, making them useful for detecting high levels of heavy/large materials in silos, tanks, and bins. In addition, these switches can be used for the detection of cogs or plugs in chutes during process operations.
