Stainless steel full size liquid level switches come in diameter sizes ranging from 1/2" to 2", temperature limits ranging from 90 to 250°C, 1/4" NPT fittings, and 316 stainless steel stem materials. These switches have nominal current ratings ranging from 25 to 100 VA SPDT, float SG sizes ranging from 0.45 to 0.77, and pressure ratings ranging from 30 to 500 PSIG.     Thomas Products, Ltd. offers 4700H Series hazardous location, 4200 Series plastic, and 4200 Series metal liquid level switches. 4200 Series single level (plastic) switches are available in operating temperature limits ranging from -40 to 225°F, operating pressures ranging from 75 to 100 PSIG, and mounting sizes ranging from 1/8" to 3/8" NPT. These switches have a plastic stem construction, and they can be ordered with NPT/bulkheads with gasket or nut mountings.

    Innovative Solutions LLC offers single point vertical and horizontal egress liquid level switches. L195 Series all-stainless steel single level switches are available with pressures up to 750 PSIG, temperature limits up to +300°F, currents up to 400 mA, and a standard SPST 50 VA construction. These switches are UL/FDA approved, excellent for chemical resistance, great for large tank applications, and are selectable to normally open/closed by inverting the float.
