    Marwin offers over a half dozen series' of flanged ball valves to handle everything from high pressure to process applications. The Marwin 5801/6801 Series is an API 607 certified fire safe flanged ball valve.

    OVC offers stainless steel and carbon steel flanged ball valves in one piece standard port, two piece full port and three way full port configurations. All are rated to ANSI 150 lbs. The three way designs are available in both L Port and T Port flanged ball valves.

    The Danfoss Group has been manufacturing valves since the 1930's. Today they offer full bore ball valves with flanged connections, available in handle, gear flange or worm gear on/off configurations.

  • American Valve

    American Valve manufactures cast iron, ductile iron, and stainless steel flanged ball valves with a Teflon fused ball. Face to face and flanged dimensions conform to ANSI standard B16.10. Other features of their flanged ball valves include adjustable length removable handles that are lockable in full open or closed positions, sizes from 1/2" through 10", full port through 6", reinforced Teflon seats, and more.

    Warren Valve offers flanged ball valves in many sizes, pressures classes and materials. Designs come in a split body full port and reduced port configurations. Options include fire safe to API 607 and non-fire safe, floating and Trunnion designs. Flanged ball valve materials include stainless steel, carbon steel and special materials.

    Boig and Hill is a distributor and supplier of flanged ball valves. Offerings include standard process, special service and high performance flanged ball valves in 1/2"-10" ANSI flanged standard port, 2"-8" ANSI flanged full port, and 1/2"-4" high performance designs.

    Apollo Valves is a manufacturer of flanged ball bearings made of many materials. Their stainless steel, carbon steel and special alloy flanged ball valves come in standard and full port designs. Flanged models made of cast iron and ductile iron are offered in split body, full port configurations.

  • Nibco

    Nibco is a supplier of carbon steel flanged ball valves for industrial process applications such as chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas production and refining, steam, water and other applications. Sizes range from 1/2"-12". Other options include unibody or split body construction, and full or standard bore. Many are fire safe and conform to ASME/ANSI B16.34, B16.5.

    Cameron offers their TBV Series 1800 two piece, full bore, forged, flanged ball valve. Material options include stainless steel, monel, hastelloy, titanium, alloy 20 and nickel. These severe service flanged ball valves are made for the chemical and petrochemical, food and beverage, and shipbuilding and marine industries.

  • HYDAC International

    Hydac manufactures SAE flanged ball valves that feature full bore, floating ball construction. The dual bolt connection pattern fits both Code 61 and 62 SAE flanges. Operating pressure ranges from 2500 psi to 6000 psi. These flanged ball valves us a polyacetal ball seal material and FPM (Viton) O-ring material. The temperature range is from -4 to 212 degrees F.

    TVI is the sole distributor of Thermoplastic Valves, Inc. Their two piece, flange type, Strong Union Ball Valve features a 5 5/8" full port, TFE seats, inmeasurable pressure drop, blow-out proof valve stem, standard ANSI B16.5 class 150 flanged connections, and can be installed in either upstream or downstream directions. Body materials can be either PVC, PP or PVDF.

    Global Valve and Controls is a manufacturer of ANSI 150-2500 flanged ball valves from 1/2” through 12”. Features include a live loaded stem for zero fugitive emissions, investment cast up to eight inch, standard locking handle and TFM seats.

  • J Flow Controls

    J Flow Controls manufactures floating flanged valves. Their direct mount flanged ball valve comes in two piece and three piece ANSI 150 and 300 configurations. These are available in stainless or carbon steel and feature a self-adjusting stem packing. Other features include a temperature range of -40°F to +450°F, an ISO 5211 mounting pad, air tested under water at 100 psi, and sizes from 1/2" to 6".

  • 2Lbin Inc. offers their 4000 Series of flanged ball valves. These can replace any gate valve or eccentric plug valve, are made of cast iron with a Teflon fused ball, conform to ANSI Standard B16.10, and have a blow-out proof stainless steel stem, adjustable length and removable handles. Ratings include 125 psi WSP, 200 psi WOG, and 353º F. The 4000 Series flanged ball valves come in a size range of 1/2" to 10".

  • A-T Controls, Inc.

    AT Controls manufactures their Series FD9-F3 Firesafe 300# flanged, direct mount, automated ball valves that feature a direct mount automation pad. RTFE seats are standard. The 50/50 seat option can be used for higher temperature applications. These flanged ball valves are firesafe, full port, ANSI class 300#, available in 1/2" to 6", offer a 316 stainless steel or WCB body, and use Belleville washers. Standards include ANSI B16.34, ANSI B16.10, ANSI B16.5, API6D, API598, and API607 4th edition.

  • McKenzie Valve & Machining

    McKenzie Valve & Machining manufactures 2" and 3" flanged ball valves used for top loading and unloading on either pressure cars or non-pressure cars. Flanged mounting options include ANSI Raised Face (non-pressure cars only),  ANSI Large Tongue & Groove or AAR Tongue & Groove  (Ref. AAR M-1002, Fig. E9.2-E9.5). Flanged ball valves are rated 500 psi at a temperature of 400°F.

  • offers their Model 4000D ductile iron flanged ball valve with a Teflon fused ball. These replace carbon steel ball valves, gate valves and eccentric plug valves. The Model 4000D flanged ball valves feature 80,000 psi tensile strength. Ratings include 150 psi WSP, 300 psi WOG and 366º F. Specs include MSS SP-72, ANSI B16.5 Raised Face, FED. SPEC. WW-V-35, and AWWA C507-99.

    Maryland Metrics offers 2-piece stainless steel flanged ball valves. These are full bore with a solid ball. Specifications include DN 15 - DN 100 flanged to DIN 3202 F4, DN 125 - DN 150 flanged to DIN 3202 F5, PTFE seats and seals, anti-static device with mounting pad according ISO 5211, and fire safe design.
