    API International distributes double door check valves in sizes ranging from 2 inches to 32 inches. These double check valves can be installed vertically or horizontally, and are used in HVAC, water supply and sewage, chemical/processing, power and utilities, pulp and paper, ship building, and hot air system applications. Double door check valves feature quick spring action that prevents back-flow, eliminates water hammering, and provides minimal head loss.

    Febco manufactures double check valves that feature maximum working pressures of 175 psi and are available in sizes ranging from 2-1/2" to 10", 1/2" to 2", or 2-1/2" to 3". These double check valves feature a ductile iron, bronze or lead-free bronze bodies. The cast iron wafer double door check valves are available in 2" to 24" sizes and feature maximum operating pressures of 125 psi or 175 psi. The 2" to 36" carbon steel double door check valves are available in wafer, lug or double-flanged body styles, and maximum operating pressure up to 6250 psig.

Various double check valves feature 175 psi, temperature of 140F or 180F, and a ductile iron or unleaded bronze body. All the double check valves feature stainless steel springs, silicone discs, and are used to prevent the backflow of pollutants or contaminated water.
