  • Industrial Specialties Mfg.

Industrial Specialties Mfg. designs and manufactures poppet check valves with cracking pressure of 1 psi to 7 psi; and nipple poppet check valves that feature cracking pressures up to 5 psi, and equal size inlets and outlets. The company also produces female x female poppet check valves - with pressures up to 1200 psi and operating temperatures up to 180F - and female NPT poppet check valves with 5000 psi maximum pressure. All the poppet valves are available with brass, nickel plated brass, or stainless steel bodies.

  • Pneuline Supply Inc.

Pneuline Supply Inc. distributes a number of poppet check valves in brass and stainless steel bodies, with cracking pressures from 1 psi to 100 psi. Poppet valve types include nickel-plated brass, female luer, polypropylene, and compression fitting.

  • CECO Bearings

CECO's eMax poppet valves feature an operating temperature of 350F and are designed for higher ratio applications including multistage and process compressors. The eMax scavenging poppet valves feature ground flat sealing surfaces, which prevent leakage between mating parts. High speed poppet valves produces by the company are designed to fit into limited spaces within high speed compressors.

  • Parker Hannifin Corp.

Parker Hannifin Corp.'s cartridge poppet check valves allow free flow in one direction while preventing flow in the reverse direction. These valves feature low pressure drop capability for systems up to 420 bar, and aredesigned for minimal leakage of less than 3 drops per minute. The company's 2:1 flow path cartridge poppet check valves feature side to nose design and all zinc-plated external parts.

  • The Specialty Mfg. Co. (SMC)

Specialty Mfg. Co. produces brass, stainless steel, and plastic poppet check valves. The majority of the brass and stainless steel poppet check valves feature an economical, general use design that provides a positive seal down to approximately 1/2 psi back pressure. One series is designed for high pressure up to 5,000 psi. The majority of the plastic poppet check valves feature a maximum operating pressure of 125 psi, and are used for a wide range of air and fluid applications.

  • Numatics, Inc

Poppet valve types manufactured by Numatics Inc. include solenoid pilot actuated, air pilot actuated, and foot pedal. Available in 2, 3, and 4-way designs, the valves feature Cv from 0.5 to 24, and port sizes of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", or 1-1/2".

  • Lexair Inc

Lexair Inc. designs poppet-type valves used in process control and industrial applications. Constructed of non-corrosive materials and featuring working pressures up to 500 psi, poppet valve types available include direct pilot operated, direct solenoid operated, direct cam operated, check valve, and DIN solenoid/pilot operated. The valves are available in 2-way or 3-way, normally closed or normally open configurations.

  • Norgren Inc

Norgren Inc. manufactures prospector poppet valves available with 3/2 or 2/2 operation, and air/spring or sol/spring actuation. The valves are also available with 1/2" NPTF or 3/4" NPTF port sizes.

  • Swagelok Company

Swagelok's spring-and-poppet check valves and bonded-poppet check valves are available with fixed cracking pressure, and feature stainless steel or brass construction. All the poppet valves feature working pressure up to 3000 psig or 6000 psig, operating temperature of -50 to 400F or -50 to 375F, and nominal cracking pressure of 1/3 to 25 psi or 3 to 50 psi.

  • Generant

Generant's poppet-type inline check valves are used for liquid and gas applications up to 3000 psig and feature an "O" ring seal design. Available with dual ferrule tube, female NPT, male NPT connections, and face seal connections, the valves have cracking pressures from 0.3 to 25 psig.

  • Asco Valves

Asco Valves supplies 1/4" and 3/8" direct action solenoid operated poppet valves available in normally open or normally closed configurations with stainless steel or brass bodies. The valves features a number of elastomer options and various flow rates.

  • Jaeco Fluid Systems, Inc.

O-ring poppet valves distributed by Jaeco Fluid Systems are spring loaded with cracking pressures of 2 to 10 psi. Available in sizes from 1/4" to 1" IPS, the valves feature all stainless steel construction, pressures up to 2,500 psi, and operating temperatures from -15 to 400F.
