Push button valves are valves that have a usually hand operated button apparatus used to either relieve pressure or change flow.

    The Specialty Mfg. Co. (SMC) offers standard, 1/8 MNPT non-panel mount, 1/8 FNPT non-panel mount, 1/8 MNPT panel mount, and 1/8 FNPT panel mount push button valves. Standard push-button valves have the following features: toggle actuation forces tested at 50 PSI, flow rates to 2.5 SCFM, operating temperatures ranging from -25 to 180°F, operating pressures ranging from 0 to 125 PSI, and panel mounting options ranging from 1/4" to 1/2". The Specialty Mfg. also offers push-button soldered barbs, manifold cartridge valves, side port normally open valves, MNPT reverse flow, etc.

    Anderson Brass Co. offers push-button valves for drain valve, valve injection, holds vacuum, pressure relief, and sampling valve applications. These valves have the following benefits: a 90° configuration, multiple O-ring configurations, instant on/off, and panel mounting options. Valves come in sizes ranging from 1/8" to 1/4", pressures up to 500 PSIG, and temperature ranges from -40 to +400°F.

    Rainbow Precision Products offers NVM 3-way mushroom push button valves in a variety of actuator styles with flow capacities up to 1.0 Cv. Series (N)VM400 mechanical valves come in operating pressures ranging from 0 to 145 PSI, ambient/fluid temperatures ranging from 40 to 140°F, 3/2 normally open/closed configurations, and 1/8 port sizes. They are constructed from hardened steel and polyacetal materials.

    Ingersoll-Rand Co. offers SMB-G618 and SMB-618 push-button control valves for air, natural gas, offshore, and marine applications. These valves have operating temperature ranges from -40 to 200°F, operating pressures up to 225 PSI, and 7/8" diameter hole mounting options.
