Valves • Shut-off Valves

Shut-off valves are used to close a line and stop flow of materials. Shut-off valves can be manual or automated to operated at a preset condition.

Used to close a line and prevent the flow or flow reversal of liquids, gases and various materials, shut-off valves are found within industrial and chemical, turf and irrigation, and pool and spa applications. Some shut-off valves manually close, while others are automated to close when a preset condition occurs. A number of valve types can operate as shut-off valves including poly air-actuated valves, fuel valves, check valves, 2-way and 3-way butterfly valves, ball valves, actuator valves, auxiliary switch valves, and gate valves.
