Valves • Solenoid Valves • Miniature Solenoid Valves

Miniature solenoid valves – along with subminiature and ultra-miniature valves - are used to control fluids and gases within industrial applications that require small-sized valves with long life and low power consumption. Available with diaphragm, PTFE or PFA bodies, miniature solenoid valves come in a number of configurations including: 2-way or 3-way normally closed; 2-way or 3-way normally open; 3-way multipurpose; 3-way directional control; screw-in; and cavity manifold. Major manufacturers of miniature solenoid valves include: Alcon ECI Valves, ASCO, Magnum, Peter Paul, SMC, DEMA, Gems, Hargraves, Lee, and Teqcom.

  • Asco Valves

ASCO designs and manufactures a trio of micro-miniature solenoid valve types for the control of fluids and gases in medical equipment, analytical instrumentation, and industrial applications. The company's micro-miniature solenoid valve types include: general service, isolation, and pinch. The isolation and general service valves are available with in-line porting or manifold constructions; while the pinch valves are ideal for corrosive fluids, high purity applications, and fluids with particulate.

  • Peter Paul

Peter Paul manufactures a line of miniature, high performance solenoid valves used in medical and dental instrumentation, and analytical and HVAC equipment. All the company's miniature solenoid valves are available in 2-way or 3-way constructions, and feature either screw-in or cavity manifold configurations.

  • SMC

SMC develops and manufactures a variety of solenoid valve types including miniature and ultra- miniature valves. The company's 7mm body, ultra-miniature solenoid valve features a 5 gram body and a CV range from 0.006 to 0.021. The valve operates with pressures ranging from 102Pa vacuum to 0.5 MPa.

  • DEMA

DEMA manufactures normally-closed, miniature diaphragm solenoid valves with plastic or brass bodies. Each of the company's miniature diaphragm valve models features a maximum operating pressure of 125 psi, with 1/4 or 3/8 NPT options.

  • Gems Sensors & Controls

Gems designs and manufactures miniature solenoid valves that are utilized within the medical, biotech, automotive, and industrial equipment industries. The miniature valves are available in 2-way, 3-way normally closed, 3-way normally open, 3-way multipurpose, and 3-way directional control configurations.

  • The Lee Co.
