Valves • Vacuum Valves

Vacuum valves are used for a variety of applications and come in ball valve, slide valve, vented ball valve, and many other valve type configurations.

A type of safety valve, a vacuum valve opens inward to admit air into a vessel whose internal pressure is less than that of the atmospheric pressure, which prevents collapse. Available in 2-way and 3-way configurations, vacuum valves are commonly constructed of stainless steel, carbon steel, or aluminum; and used in semiconductor, solar, scientific research, biopharmaceutical, vacuum coating, LED, clean water, low pressure tank, steam vessel, and sewage applications.A number of valves can serve as vacuum valves including ball valves, poppet valves, gate valves, flow sensing valves, relief valves, check valves, isolation valves, backing/roughing valves, soft-start valves, butterfly valves, needle valves, control valves, rectangular valves, angle valves, low particulate valves, door valves, and 3-position valves.
